Absolut Beauty Policies

At Absolute Beauty, I strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Due to high demand, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee, which must be paid before your next booking.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full 100% fee and must be paid before rebooking. Future appointments will require pre-payment in full.

Late Arrivals

Your time and mine are valuable. If you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. There will be no price deduction for reduced treatment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as arriving too soon may disturb an ongoing treatment.

Appointments & Walk-Ins

Strictly by appointment only – I do not accept walk-ins.

As this is a solo-run business, there is no receptionist. If I am unable to answer your call, please leave a message, and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Reminder Texts

As a courtesy, reminder texts are sent the evening before your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. The late cancellation policy still applies even if you cancel after receiving the reminder.

Patch Tests

For your safety, a 24-hour patch test is required for waxing and eye treatments. Please note that patch tests must be booked separately before your treatment.

Under 18s

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will need to complete a consultation form on their behalf. Some treatments may not be suitable and will be discussed prior to booking.

No Refunds

All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for treatments or vouchers.

Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers purchased after 1st December 2019 are valid for 5 years.
• They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
• Please ensure the recipient is aware of these terms and encouraged to use their voucher as soon as possible.
