Sinus and Nasal Treatment

Suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy (without essential oils), this treatment is beneficial for sinus headaches, hay fever, TMJ tension, tinnitus, post-COVID loss of smell, and even puffiness around the eyes.
The session begins with a facial aroma sauna to gently open the airways, followed by a warming massage of the shoulders, neck, face, and head to relieve tension. Facial cupping is then used to aid lymphatic drainage and circulation, leaving your skin glowing. This 60-minute treatment is perfect for preventative care or deep relief. For those with severe congestion, a course of three sessions (one per week) is recommended. If you are on antibiotics, it’s best to complete your course before booking.
Hopi Ear Candling

The process involves placing a hollow, natural ear candle just inside the ear canal, which is then lit to create a gentle suction effect. This helps to draw out impurities, reduce excess wax, and soothe the ear drum. Many experience a light crackling or popping sound, followed by a soothing sinus and facial massage to enhance relaxation.
This ancient therapy may help with conditions such as sinus congestion, tinnitus, hay fever, headaches, colds, and general ear discomfort. However, it is not suitable for those with ear infections, recent surgery, perforated eardrums, or grommets.
